PHYSICAL EDUCATION AT ROYAL MOUNT SCHOOL
Exercise is a wonderful tool for making us feel happier, more energised, and more optimistic. Every student will participate in PE once or twice a week.
At Royal Mount School, we value the connection between positive mental health and physical activity. In a variety of ways, we can get our kids moving, learning about fitness, improving their coordination, building strength, and enjoying their physical selves.
The workouts will be enjoyable and appropriate for all ages, and parents are welcome to participate. There is no need for equipment, and the workouts last between 15 and 30 minutes. The workouts will be accessible through the student portal.
