Jobs Responsibilities of the teacher:

  • Commit to and support Royal Mount School’s values and ideology.

  • Assign and correct homework, tests, and other assignments as needed.
  • Upload presentations and resources for students to use throughout the year to our teacher portal.
  • When necessary, attend online staff meetings and parent-teacher events.

  • Possess a pleasant and lively personality, as well as an optimistic and positive outlook.
  • Effectively communicate with parents, colleagues, and management.

Teachers will be expected to deliver lessons that cover the following topics:

  • A well-organized structure with activities that are linked to the learning objectives
  • Expertise in the subject and the ability to promote critical and high-level thinking through a combination of whole-class teaching, collaborative tasks, and independent work
  • A variety of formative assessments are available, including Learning Assessment
  • Differentiated work that promotes enthused focus and learning

Our hiring criteria for teachers include the following:

  • Teachers who hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a master’s degree in their respective subjects
  • Strong subject knowledge and fluency in spoken and written English
  • Show your dedication to promoting high levels of literacy and numeracy.
  • Possibility of creating and delivering outstanding, well-structured, and stimulating lessons
  • Willingness to reflect on and improve oneself
